Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Yessh was born 17 October 1992 in India, is a movie actress. Keerthy has mainly appeared in Tamil and Telugu cinema, along with several films in Malayalam. She won the National Film Award for Best Actress as the actor Savitri for Mahanati, a Telugu movie Mahanati (2018). In addition, she has received three SIIMA Awards and a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy is born to Menaka G. Suresh, film producer G. Suresh Kumar is an actress in her early years. Her career began as a child performer during the 2000s, and later was back in films following her studies of fashion design. Her first leading role in Geethaanjali (2013 Malayalam). She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy made her debut on Tamil projects in the year 2015, and started accepting projects from Malayalam. Her first film, A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015 alongside Vikram Prbhu. The film did not turn out to be successful at the box-office. The actress had to pull out of several films she was involved in during 2015, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vedam, to free up space for bigger projects. As a result, she was involved in two movies, Rajini Murugan followed by Remo which starred Sivakarthikeyan. Dhanush also played the role of Thodari for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari. The film has been delayed since 2015, with reports of release after September in 2020, under the name change to Janakitho Nenu. In the end, the film's debut was the 2016 film Nenu Sailaja with actress Ram Pothineni. In January of 2017, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa with actor Vijay and directed by Bharathan.
